Did I record this because of music or because of marathon? Like most things in life, it doesn’t have to be laid out in advance with precision.

跑馬拉松應該開開心心，一眾同樂的。若然你已跑了4個半鐘，差不多5小時累得要命的時候，遇見像影片3分鐘後出現那位仁兄般自娛娛人，你在這13度C冷風下感受到的人情味比某某在奧運會拿多少金牌更意義重！搞馬拉松的似乎要想想贊助商重要，還是提供一些樂隊現場表演打打氣，如果每個參賽者皆是苦臉變笑臉，錢就花的其所了。
Avec une musique super conviviale qui chasse le froid et la fatigue, meme si c’est déjà 4h30min après le départ, un moment drôle et charmant nous arrivera, si l’on a assez de patience!

Klô Pelgag, the warm current from Québec
認識Klô Pelgag 是源於每年三月份的法語節. 某些地區只是一天的journee de la francophonie, 但中國地區有大半個月的活動。今年代表加拿大來表演音樂的Klô Pelgag 只有主音和大提琴手兩人，但那是有很溫暖感覺的表演。

Even if you dunno French, you can feel the warm of Klô Pelgag‘s music. Snuggling up your loved one, enveloped in a blanket, the aroma of coffee nearby… THAT kinda feeling.

la Première Ministre du Québec
魁北克大選，之前往後發生了兩件獨立但可能微妙地相關的事情。後者更導致一人死亡！代表魁人黨的Pauline Marois成為魁北克第一位女總理這一里程碑給暴力事件蓋上灰灰帽子。
一晚上兩個看似喝醉了的法語裔人騷擾幾個路過青年，說著“你說法語嗎？”，當然加上不少粗口。
另一邊廂，魁人黨贏了省選舉後的後任省長演說時…唉！
發生了兩個帶著民族（還是語言）注意的衝突事件，希望魁北克不會墮落成美國一樣有各樣極端主意又危險的police state。
Deux incidents isolés capturés en vidéo ont guillemeté des élections du Québec 2012. Ce moment historique, d’avoir élu la PREMIÈRE FEMME Première Ministre du Québec, a été noirci par un ‘attentat’ comme surnommé dans plusieurs média francophones. La tension linguistique? Ou plutôt d’autres problèmes caches qui ne disparaissent jamais, font-ils une barrière pour un Québec calme, joli et covivial?

Charlie Quan 人頭稅
關祥國 Charlie Quan 是我在滿地可（蒙特利爾）Montréal 做社區工作的時候從關於賠償人頭稅的個案是認識的一個名字。當然也得拜Karen Cho (周凱倫)的 In The Shadow of Gold Mountain （某臺灣影展翻譯：影子的告白）
長者的離逝就像是一個時代的終結。然而這些第二、三、四、五代等等的加拿大華裔無隔膜的生活於主流社會的同時，有多少人知道歧視在太平洋這邊還是此起彼落呢？ 大家想想離鄉別井的外傭吧。
人頭稅人瑞關祥國笑喪
在聯邦保守黨2006年正式平反人頭稅後，本國首批領到2萬元補償金的人頭稅繳納者關祥國，2月23日以105歲高壽過世，喪禮已於上周六下午在本拿比科士蘭墓園舉行。
在領到人頭稅賠償金三年後，關祥國曾接受本報專訪者，當時他表示對聯邦政府的道歉和賠償感滿意，但如果卑詩省政府能夠也就該問題道歉及賠償將更好。
關祥國1923年靠著叔父免息借給他的500元，繳交人頭稅由中國廣東來到加國，並投靠在沙省開餐館的叔父，當時他只有16歲。 後來遷移至卑詩省生活。

reading the contre-propositions from La Coalition large de l’Association pour une solidarité syndicale étudiante (CLASSE) and la Fédération étudiante collégiale (FECQ) et la Fédération étudiante universitaire du Québec (FEUQ) is becoming more intriguing for me.

CLASSE said what many adults and politicans dare NOT – taxing the financial institutions, in order to help geler the fees. One of my friends once said that few, if any politicans have the guts to take on the banks. Given the latter are the true culprit crises after crises, taxing them might not be a bad idea, only if the provincial and Federal governments are still vertebrates though!
