講中秋怎能不提月餅。雖然之前家母分別在兩家不同寶號各買了一盒雙黃白蓮蓉，中秋當晚黃昏時分見到非名牌的月餅促銷，一百元四個。因此同旁邊在看的情侶夾份買了四個。我挑了一個伍仁、一個陳皮和一個黑芝麻，共柒拾伍圓，他們買一個。海鮮價買回來，也算能入口！

中秋節 2022 mid autumn festival
來去如風的中秋節過去了，九月尾聲的香港仍然是盛夏般乾煎酷熱。公園賞月的人水泄不通，比病毒折騰久了，不顧一切全家大細出動，前所未見的墟冚！ covid or not that was the most i’ve seen such a jam-packed park on any given night during the year. this moon festival broke all personal obversation record for human density there! people really were having some quality time with friends and family while mesmerized by the full moon.

豬年到
農曆新年溫暖又潮濕地過來，年初幾天彷彿回南天一樣！新十五後，竟然乍暖還寒，再加微微細雨。又是時候總結一下花墟年初一早上的所見所聞。
浪費的現象仍然有，但某些攤位撤退前義工幫忙告知有免費的花卉、用剩的物資等等。
但因為過年前天氣實在太暖，桃花則救也救不了多少。很多檔攤未到最後衝刺已經人去樓空。接手的是看看有無靚花可拾的市民。
初一的早上八點多，這商場已經準備燒豬還神！
希望看官有個平平穩穩的一年！

From those tangerines of unbelievable bargin that I didn’t took in for the Ram year, I did menage to recuperated a bouquet worth of flowers from the street, as one of joyful by-standers when passers-by spotted a grad-opening of a store/office (I dont know to-this-date what it was) was throwing away, or at least letting people take home all those flowers delievered to their doorsteps just hours before.
Trashed after an hour or so of spotlight, they are now in a vase, on a table, for an extended fortnight of their lifespan.

The dust has long settled after the World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Football aside, the theme song and its video really sounded and looked heavily American, albeit international production. So much for Brazil’s backbone of photographing and fingerprinting Americans visitors knocking on their doors on arrival, when it comes to big money, multinationals still dictate how events are run or sponsored. This couldn’t be truer weird and somewhat vulgar and definitely violent (towards the end) parody which par hasard caught my attention today:
So the Brazilians spent all that money, threw in some false pride, garnished with cultural absence and misrepresentations and topped off with some posh infrastructures, et Voilà! Who eventually would benefit? Wait, Rio will host the Olympics in less than 48 months and the story keeps on fermenting itself.

Did I record this because of music or because of marathon? Like most things in life, it doesn’t have to be laid out in advance with precision.
So old your camera for some acoustic good vibes, even with few bystanders because it’s past 4 hours 3 minutes from the beginning of time and Indian summer took a day off because it was Sunday. Eventually, just eventually, if you are a patient observer, time, space, people, gesture, moves would fit into this three dimensonal jigsaw puzzle of fun.

跑馬拉松應該開開心心，一眾同樂的。若然你已跑了4個半鐘，差不多5小時累得要命的時候，遇見像影片3分鐘後出現那位仁兄般自娛娛人，你在這13度C冷風下感受到的人情味比某某在奧運會拿多少金牌更意義重！搞馬拉松的似乎要想想贊助商重要，還是提供一些樂隊現場表演打打氣，如果每個參賽者皆是苦臉變笑臉，錢就花的其所了。

六月在全球多處是同志驕傲月Pride month。不是共產黨的同志，而是同性戀的同志！偶然的機會下友人傳來西班牙馬德里同志驕傲節的搞笑短片。
一首七十年代的舊歌Love is in the Air配以幽默原素，讓你捧腹大笑一番。我怎樣說也是七十年代初的產品（有小機會是六九年尾結合製造，但絕對完成於一九七零年），所以對70s有不用隱瞞的偏幫。這超花枝招展廣告（減去虎背熊腰的搏鬥）讓Love is in the Air又一次重生。
How could this song be soooo campy?! Yes it reminds me those outrageous costumes on old American TV, or the coconut trees in the tropics and sleezy dancing with people playing the maracas.
Too bad the gay video came to an abrupt end. The orginal video is not as interesting as the song, oh well… the sleezing dancing that I was never part of, merely passive listening as a child! Oldies with a new reincarnation， thanx to Madrid Pride in 2012 – mischievous and fun.

The world needs to go Rehab…. that’s my conclusion from the havoc in 2011:
The earthquake in Japan, the economic crisis in Europe. Trust me, 2012 will NOT get any better ‘cuz we are not changing the way we CONSUME in radical ways.
Environmental wise, rich countries don’t want to be responsible for the luxury that they enjoy having went through industrilisation whn polluting the planet. Take Canada, which quits Kyoto, probably because it doesn’t want to pay up $1,600 for each Canadian for failing green house gas emission targets in the Kyoto protocol. Truely shameful for all Canadians, myself included.

PS I was dancing to the Amy Winehouse’s number with a friend the night of 23 July 2011 in Van city, little did I know that was more likely a tribute to the “drug” queen, her nake name in local Chinese press back here in Hong Kong. C’est tellement triste!
